インダストリアルテクノのソロアーティスト、Shredder 1984 (@shredder_1984)は、10 年以上にわたって、巨大なビデオスクリーンにさまざまなイメージが渦巻く中、魅惑的なインダストリアルサイバーパンクサウンドと激しいギターソロで観客を楽しませてきました。
For over 10 years, the industrial techno solo artist Shredder 1984 (@shredder_1984) has been entertaining audiences with a mesmerizing industrial cyberpunk sound and ripping guitar solos while an array of images and ideas spiral behind him on large video screens.
2024年11月、日本での一連のライブを終えた後、Shredderは西横浜にある世界的に有名なハードコアパンクのライブハウス、El Puente (@el_puente_nishi_yokohama)で、チェコのパワーバイオレンスバンド、SKIPLIFEを観劇した。Shredderはニューヨークのハードコアやエクストリームメタルを聴いて育ったので、ブラストビート、モッシュ、そして何よりグラフィティで彩られたエル・プエンテの店内、そしてアンダーグラウンドミュージックの歴史が、隣に立つ人を無理やり押し倒したくなるような、よりヘヴィなサウンドを作りたいという、眠っていた欲望を目覚めさせた。
After a series of live shows in Japan in November 2024, he went to see the Czech power violence band Skiplife at the world-famous hardcore punk live house El Puente (@el_puente_nishi_yokohama) located in Nishi-Yokohama. Having grown up listening to much New York hardcore and extreme metal, the blast beats, moshing and even more so, the El Puente interior of walls coated with graffiti and a history of underground music served to awaken a dormant desire to create a heavier sound that makes you have to forcibly move the person standing next to you.
Saya Sixのクリアで重厚なボーカルと相まって、一見「メタリックハードコア」と分類されるかもしれないが、明らかに多くの異なるジャンルや影響が混ざり合い、一つのカテゴリーに当てはまらないサウンドが生み出されている。Sworn To Avengeは11月14日土曜日に日本に上陸し、阿佐ヶ谷のGAMUSO (@gamusoasagaya)であるUNUS MUNDUS VOL. 10で演奏する。
Together with Saya Six’s clear and heavy vocals, a sound has been created that one might initially label as “metallic hardcore”, but is clearly influenced by a mix of many different genres and influences and doesn’t really fit in a single category, Sworn To Avenge hits Japanese shores on Friday November 14, performing at UNUS MUNDUS VOL. 10 to be held at Gamuso Asagaya (@gamusoasagaya).
